• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, partners, vendors, and internal teams, managing expectations and ensuring successful outcomes.

• Device Access and Logistics: Coordinate access to lab equipment for testing and streamline logistics for project execution.

• Pipeline Planning: Strategically plan the roadmap for connector development, balancing immediate needs with long-term goals.

• Validation and Testing: Align technical specifications and oversee the testing of hardware integrations for seamless functionality.

• Experienced Project Manager: 5+ years of technical program management or a related field, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and releases in a fast-paced environment, ideally in integration or hardware/software development roles.

• Strong Leadership/Management Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment and collaboration across multiple groups.

• Organizational & Compliance Wiz: Proven expertise in managing projects with complex logistics and timelines in highly regulated industries, coupled with a strong understanding of compliance and quality standards.

• Technically Competent: University degree or sound professional experience providing the technical aptitude to collaborate with developers on hardware-software integration projects.

• Fluent in English: Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Lab-specific expertise is not required, but an interest in life sciences is a plus.
