The role
Build the Product Org. Define the Process. Scale the Vision. You are not looking for a role where you just inherit a backlog and keep the lights on. You are looking for a 0-to-1 challenge.
At UniteLabs, we are building the operating system for the modern lab—connecting hardware, software, and AI to accelerate life science R&D. We are looking for a Lead Product Manager (m/f/d) to take the reins of our product function.
Your mandate is two-fold: Get in the trenches to ship complex B2B software today, and build the product engine (processes, culture, and team) that will power our growth tomorrow.
About UniteLabs
UniteLabs is building an Operating System for the future of AI-driven research– connecting hardware and software across vendor boundaries to speed up life science R&D. Our API‑first services and Python libraries connect lab instruments to cloud systems, enabling autonomous, AI‑ready workflows where every action and data point is defined as code.
From biotech and pharma to chemistry and food, our customers use UniteLabs to run more experiments, collect better data, and move faster.
As one of our early team members, you’ll have a large influence on what we build, how we build it, and how we work as a team. You’ll grow into broader product leadership or deep domain expert roles as we scale.
How to apply
We don't need a cover letter. Send us your CV/LinkedIn and a short note answering these three points:
- The Build: Describe a time you built a product or feature from the ground up in a complex environment.
- The Process: Tell us about a specific product process you implemented that fixed a broken workflow.
- The Tech: Give an example of a technical trade-off you had to manage with an engineering lead.
Let’s build the operating system for the lab of the future.
